In this section, you will find information on payment and delivery of your orders. Our e-shop offers the entire range of Toofruit products for home delivery or delivery points.

Means of payment

In order to finalize your order, you have two means of payment available:

• Payment by credit card, which will redirect you to a secure payment area, in order to effectively protect all data related to the payment method.
• PayPal, which allows you not to give any banking data. You will only have to enter your PayPal identifiers at the time of the transaction.

Shipping

When validating your shopping cart, you will be able to select the method of shipment (home delivery or delivery points).

Your orders are prepared and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

Your package will be picked up by the Chronopost carrier (express delivery).

We ship your packages in France (except Corsica) and Europe (Germany – Belgium – Luxembourg – Netherlands – Austria – Denmark – Spain – Finland – Portugal – Greece – Ireland – Italy – Sweden).

For all home deliveries, you are notified by Chronopost by sms or email of the delivery slot for your package. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you can change the delivery slot. The parcel will be given to you against signature.

With Chrono Relay, take advantage of the 11,000 relays and lockers in mainland France and over 42,000 relays in Europe.

Follow-up

Follow the progress of your order at any time thanks to the tracking number that is given to you after payment.

If you do not collect your order within the time limit, the package will automatically be sent back to the sender and you will be responsible for the return of your order.

Our logistics site

Your orders are prepared with the utmost care at the STIO logistics site, 6 Boulevard Georges Marie Guynemer, ZAC Charles Renard, 78210 Saint Cyr l’Ecole.

We have invested in a cardboard shredder, which allows us to recycle our cardboard waste into cushioning material for your packages.

Our warehouse has a computerised system for processing and preparing orders, which helps to avoid errors.
