In the morning before school or at the start of the day. Spray directly onto the face or onto a cotton pad from the kit if necessary, pressing the spray down 2 or 3 times.

Spread with your hands, particularly around the eyes, cheekbones and nose. Wipe off without rubbing with another washable cotton pad, then leave to dry.
